Convert Movies for iPad

There are a few problems in trying to get videos from a Windows pc onto an iPad. As I write this I am not aware of a Windows application that Apple provide to convert video formats to iPad compatible. The cheapest application to do the job is Aleesoft Free iPal video converter, well I say cheapest, it’s free to convert movies for iPad from:
AVI, MPEG, TS, OGM, MKV, WMV, MOD, MOV, MP4, 3GP, MPG, ASF, FlV, VOB, WMA, M4A, MP3
to
MOV, MP4, M4A, MP3, WAV, etc.

as well as High Definition: such as:
HD TS, HD AVI, HD WMV, HD MOV, HD MPG, HD MKV, HD MP4
to
iPad HD video.

It’s what I use to convert my home movies, videos etc. then I import it into my iTunes on my iPad. It’s not the fastest convertion utility on earth (it generally takes as long as the movie itself) this is how I download movies ipad free.
